On Tuesday President Donald Trump hosted Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman of Saudi Arabia. During the visit, Saudi Arabia expressed the willingness to invest close to a $Trillion in the United States.

Meanwhile, the White House in a Truth Social Post noted that President Trump designated Saudi Arabia as a Major Non-NATO Ally. The President also approved the sale of F-35s to the Kingdom.

The White House also noted that President Trump and the Crown Prince finalized a series of landmark agreements that deepened the US-Saudi strategic partnership, expanded opportunities for high-paying jobs, strengthened critical supply chains, and reinforced regional stability.

Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt hosted Secretary of Education Linda McMahon in Thursday’s Press Briefing at the White House.

Press Secretary on the Education Department: Schools remained open during the Shutdown and although 90 percent of Education employees were furloughed the provision of education was not interrupted. Teachers were paid. The Department of Education has spent nearly $3T from its inception in 1979 and has not improved education, as shown in the math and reading scores in the country.

Closure of the Department of Education, Secretary McMahon: The Dept of Education was a Pass thru’ Entity. It did not educate a single Student. The Administration was not ending support for education. Instead, they were ending Federal micromanagement and were paving the way for educational renewal. They were keeping President Trump’s promise to send education back to the States!

Furthermore, Secretary McMahon argued that the Administration’s policies were not defunding education or harming students. Only three out of ten students can read proficiently at grade level. College students end up with $1.7T in debt.

Actions included the following: Returning education to the States, maintaining funding, breaking up the bureaucracy, money will be sent directly to the States without waste.

Her observation from her 50 State tour: Educators were innovative in their schools. States were customizing their budgets and standards. Post-secondary institutions were planning for the economy of the future.

Final mission was to fully empower States to carry the torch of their educational renaissance. She emphasized that education was local. It should be overseen locally by those who best know what they need.

Press Secretary:

Economic News: September Jobs Report showed the American Economy being strong with 119,000 new jobs added. More than double expectations! President Trump’s policies vis-à-vis the Historic Tax Cuts, Multiple Trade Deals and Tariffs were factors that contributed to the current economic gains. Construction jobs surged by 19,000 in September. Nearly all of these jobs came from the private Sector.

Inflation: Remains under control.

Wages: Up by 3.8 percent over the year. Real wages were on pace to increase roughly $1,200 for the average worker this year.

Hurting Americans: The White House expressed empathy for the fact that Americans were still hurting from the previous Administration’s economic policies. She maintained that President Trump was making significant progress to fix the economy.

Affordable Thanksgiving: Prices for food and gas were lower than a year ago.

In conclusion, tax refund was predicted to be higher next season. The New York Mayor –Elect to visit with President Trump at the White House on Friday. US continues to hold peace talks with Russia and Ukraine. Many more of subjects pertaining to domestic and foreign policy matters were addressed.
