Cabinet Returns
President Donald Trump hosted a Cabinet Meeting at the White House. He opened with thanks to his entire cabinet for 12 months of unprecedented achievements. Furthermore, he observed that this was his first Cabinet Meeting for the New Year. He reflected that his Administration had a good first year and that they were starting the second year with tremendous progress.
Economy
President Trump noted that the United States has been given great national security because of tariffs and unprecedented income because of tariffs.
He also mentioned the shutdown and said that despite the “Democrat shutdown” the US has had economic growth. Yet, the economy could have picked up a point, and a half more had it not been for the shutdown, he stressed.
President Trump then contended that his Administration has defeated “Biden inflation nightmare” and that the economy was seeing an explosive new economic growth. He also pointed to the Atlanta Feds who were predicting an astounding 5.4% GDP growth in the fourth quarter.
· He noted that they have given $12 Billion to farmers and that the farmers were very happy
· He also underscored that in less one year, his Administration, has had $18 Trillion invested in the economy
· And that real income was outpacing inflation by more than $3,000
· Gasoline prices have plunged from as high as $8.00 a gallon in California to $1.85 a gallon in Iowa.
Energy
The President referred to the Secretaries of Energy and Interior as well as major oil companies who are considering going to Venezuela. He added that oil companies were now scouting out the country and were picking locations which through their investments will bring tremendous wealth for Venezuela and the United States.
He contended that the oil companies will do fine and Venezuela will actually make for themselves more money than they’ve ever made before and that this was a good thing.
Accordingly, President Trump informed that they were drilling more than anytime every in the US, and added that they were taking out more energy out of the land, oil and gas.
Envoys
The President added that in one year they had extinguished eight wars and that Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner were working very hard to end wars, albeit another one was coming.
Venezuela
President Trump announced that by the end of Thursday, the Venezuelan airspace will be reopened.
He further confirmed with Secretary of Transportation Sean Duffy along with the military and other stakeholders that the Administration was reopening the commercial airspace over Venezuela.
President Trump added that he had informed the president of Venezuela that they were going to be opening up all commercial airspace over Venezuela. He also thanked the people of Venezuela for what they went through and the leadership for doing a good job.
He also stated that American citizens will very shortly be able to go to Venezuela and be safe there. He elaborated that he wanted to thank the leadership of Venezuela and observed that they were getting along really well and stated that their relationship has been very strong and very good. He said that Venezuela had informed him there was very good security in the country.
Crime & Immigration
President Trump announced that the murder rate in the US has been at the lowest ever recorded in 125 years and that this was the first in recorded history.
He attributed this decline to the deportation of criminal illegal aliens from the country. He elaborated that they have taken a lot of bad people and gotten them out of the country and that in some cases those who were very bad were put in prison because they don’t want them to even take a chance of returning to the United States.
Lastly, President Trump submitted that the US border was very secure and that there were zero illegal aliens being admitted into the United States for the last eight months.
